I think this hotel is under new management since our last visit and the staff were much friendlier and helpful, the reception area had changed and I think the room we had (304) was easily the absolute best room in the whole hotel!

This was an excellent location for attending an event at the Sydney ICC. Easy walk to the venue, and pretty comfortable and quiet in the room.

Good location near all public transport. They initially told us we didn't have a booking despite sending us a welcome email a couple of days earlier. That could have been handled better. One lift out of three was not working during our stay. The two remaining were slow and a bit creaky. One didn't always recognize our key card which was annoying. Also quite a bit of noise from the pipes. The swimming pool is very small but quite nice. Despite a few niggles we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Location, Wonderful Service, and a Great Stay!
What a fabulous place to stay in Sydney! The location is fantastic—easy walking distance to Circular Quay, The Rocks, and so many other great spots to explore.
The front desk staff were absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful. We arrived early after disembarking from a cruise and were able to drop off our bags before heading out to enjoy the day. What a lovely surprise to receive a text letting us know our room was ready ahead of schedule—and even better, our bags had already been delivered directly to the apartment!
The apartment itself was fantastic and exactly as described, with a spacious bathroom, comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen, and separate bedroom. It was the perfect space to relax after a busy day exploring Sydney.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Sydney! Highly recommend!
