EVEN THOUGH I HAD CALLED AND SPOKEN TO SOMEONE THAT MORNING ABOUT A SHUTTLE PICKUP AT THE AIRPORT. THERE WAS NO RECORD OF IT. THE ONLY REASON I HAD A RIDE WAS THAT SOMEONE ELSE ON THE FLIGHT WAS STAYING THERE, AND THERE WAS ACTUALLY A RECORD OF HIS RESERVATION. OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE HAD TO FIND A TAXI (AT 10 PM!) OR HITCH HIKE. FILING A COMPLAINT AND REQUEST FOR REFUND.

Overall we had a perfect stay. The hotel's own pool and beach area are undergoing maintenance at the moment. The hotel is off the main drag but provides transport to Guam Premier Outlets. I would look into adding a Tumor shuttle if I was management.

Great place and very spacious room. Our only issue was that water leaked out of the shower making the floor wet. The thermostat directions didn’t match the thermostat in our room. Staff was super friendly and the lobby was beautiful. Wonderful pools with lots of chairs to sit in. I would definitely come to this hotel again when we come to Guam. Picture is the view from our room.

Great if you have a family of kids. Water park is amazing. Had to call front desk a few times to request towels. Bathroom shower had empty shower dispensers, the shower head also was oddly low. No iron in rooms. Everything else was nice even the buffet.
