This property is in an excellent location, surrounded by various restaurants and walking distance to the metro station. The Mall of Emirates is either a 20 min walk or one metro stop.
The most positive review goes to the hotel staff. All the staff are extremely helpful, efficient and do go out of their way to make sure customers' are comfortable .
However there are issues with the hotel. Every Friday evening the hotel hosts a party on the first floor and the noise travels to the guestroom making it difficult to rest or sleep. The bathtubs and bathroom doors are worn out and has got rusts and stains. When I walk down the corridor and in my room the vents constantly gave out a malodourous himid scent which was unpleasant and I had to open the windows.

The room was really nice. However, the lifts are too long. Hotel was full and it was taking 5min to wait for lifts. Breakfast area was nice but could have a more variety of choice.
However, the main picture on Expedia page is misguiding. There is no beach around that hotel, not even a lagoon.
