They were not very competent with English and did not seem interested in helping. This impacted the overall experience.

Excellent service! Staff were so nice and friendly. Resort is very clean and well maintained. The only downside is beach wasn’t that clean when we were there, there were garbage floating in the water. But otherwise it’s still highly recommended for family especially with kids.
