A great hotel in a nice location very close to Kyobashi Train Station, and an easy walk to the Osaka Castle. One of few hotels that has a nice outdoor pool with a great view. Excellent amenities in the rooms. Staff were extremely helpful and spoke perfect English.

Beautiful rooms, restaurants, and pool. The staff was incredibly helpful with transportation of our larger group of travelers, giving directions and suggestions, and arranging for luggage transport to the airport.
