What a gem of a place - was upgraded to bigger room on arrival, very clean, spacious room with everything you need. Easy to get into the city. Helpful friendly staff.

Good location and friendly helpful staff. Properties’ rooms need a total renovation. Very dated with deferred maintenance!

I loved this hotel, it was in a very convenient location with train and buses close to the door and nice restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the 5k run from the hotel to the harbour as suggested on the wellness page of the hotels website. Only downside was being woken by a fire alarm which was a human announcement in my room - for a brief moment in my half asleep state I thought the person was in the room with me but it was just a tannoy announcement!

Have stayed a couple of times, unfortunately found this time mould in the shower, tried scrubbing it off myself, but would not budge room 803, atrium room, found that next time if I stay again, would prefer a window on the outside.

Loved the modern art deco rooms. Mini bar was complimentary with snacks and non alcoholic drinks. Staff were very friendly. Has a beautiful rooftop bar (Monica) and Palermo restaurant on ground floor. Would highly recommend

We loved every thing about our stay. The staff are all very welcoming and treat you like your friends reuniting. The rooms are clean and spacious with a small fridge, tea and coffee making. If you’ve left anything in regards to toiletries behind at home just ask and they’ll replace it. Free drinks at happy hour are a bonus too. Plus it’s a great location to easily get around Sydney. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable
