Nice staff, subpar facilities

The staff was friendly and polite; however, the room was not the cleanest nor the most comfortable. The carpet was pretty stained up and the bathroom only had 1/4 a roll of toliet paper. I don’t understand how a hotel will not allow guests to control the temperature of their rooms. The air conditioning system is turned off and you’re not allow d to cool your room. So you do not get a good sleep because you’re hot all night. Can’t open windows, too noisy outside
