Our room has too many mosquitos, we used the plugin repellent but it didn’t work. The staff are very nice and accommodating, we like the breakfast buffet a lot very nice choices and the espresso bar was a great option.

Only 5 minutes to Khao lak town, the resort is becoming a little bit dated, not very user friendly to elderly people as a lot of the stairs are unsafe thin and uneven especially on the bridges going over the pools. The onsite restaurant menu is average and the food similar most nights the restaurant was very quiet as people ate out elsewhere. We had a pool access room which was nice. Overall would we stay there again 50/50 on that.

Resort was absolutely beautiful. View from my room was spectacular. Rooms were so nicely designed and cosy. The restaurants and breakfast onsite were great, and room service also good and quick. Spa excellent. Getting around the resort was a bit quirky and at first I didn't understand how to get to my room, but staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downsides were the AC in my room didn't seem to work well, and monkeys kept making a mess on my balcony at night. But definitely would go again.
