Friendly helpful staff. Loved the outdoor pool area, however couldn't understand the number of "reserved" loungers with no one using them all day! The hotel was right next to Fremont St experience. Keys to our room wouldn't work and had to wait while the electrical mechanism was fixed. Room was good ...
