"Love this resort property through and through! However the check-in and check-out process is disorganized and slow! I had to call to check-out to save time from waiting in line. Yes there are kiosks for this process but the checkout didnt work for me and i had questions. Finally just called customer ..."

"spacious, clean rooms with friendly staff. great gym and pool. location is fabulous. connected to mall and subway and in the middle of mong kok. would definitely stay there again. found some of my all time favorite food places just outside of hotel!"

"Overall the room is nice and clean, but I didn't like the free Wi-fi was quite unstable and a bit slow. There wasn't much dining options in and around the mall that interested me."

"Nice sized apartment. Close to transport. Pool and spa awesome pool could be a bit warmer though and room had a bit of a smell from previous tenants cooking otherwise great stay"
