My stay at the hotel had positives, particularly the location — central, convenient, and well‑situated within London proper. However, several issues made the experience fall short of the price point and expectations.
Despite being a standard service in hotels at this level, housekeeping never conducted daily cleaning rounds. Additionally, the in‑room phone had no power throughout the stay, which is a clear safety liability for any guest. Basic communication access should never be compromised.
The reservation was made through Expedia, and I extended my stay before later needing to adjust the dates due to a flight change. I notified the hotel with ample time regarding the days that needed to be cancelled, yet they declined to refund the unused extended nights. For the cost of the stay, the surcharges and lack of flexibility felt overrated.
Great location, but the service and responsiveness did not match the premium pricing.

Fantastic stay. Staff couldn’t be more helpful, good breakfast, excellent location for Westminster and south bank. Rooms were spacious and our 12th floor room had wonderful views. Would highly recommend
