"Big room and chai tea! Our room was really spacious, clean and comfortable. Black out curtains were a life saver for sleeping as it never got really dark. Bathroom was clean. Also had a little fridge, useful for keeping small food items cold. The only suggestion I would make is maybe a dresser. There was a place to hang a couple dresses and a suit, and coats. Just a small improvement would be a small dresser, helpful for those of us staying a bit longer. Breakfast was decent, plus they had chai...

"It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and really loved it. It has ideal location right in the heart of the Umea woth excellent public transport links. Morning breakfast is amazing.
