Clean room, friendly staff, parking is a bit of a walk.

The overall stay was ok, the renovated room I booked was not available at the time of check-in so I was "upgraded" to a older room which I was told was bigger than my original choice. This room was dated but clean and unfortunately the air condition did not work properly. Hotel attempted to repair the unit in the room but it only made it slight better to say the least. The pool closes early so we missed the ability to use it.

Great place for family staycation very clean and well maintained hotel staff are polite and helpful close to fashion mall if you like shopping I would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues ! Looking forward to my next staycation

Cons: Check in was a mess! The lines for the self-service kiosk and customer service were wrapped and slow. We were told we would receive a text message when our room was ready. After not receiving a text, and dragging our luggage around the casino, we finally went and spoke to customer service. They "unassigned" us from our room and we were never reassigned. The text would've never come. When we were finally given a room, it was a view of the parking lot, with the sphere far in the background. We were celebrating our anniversary, so it was very disappointing. I called to ask for another room, but they were at capacity, so we were stuck looking at the parking lot the entire time. Also, there is a $68 daily resort fee added. Pros: Housekeeping was amazing. The room was cleaned every day. Very beautiful.

I loved the Palazzo and Venetian properties!

The room was clean and newly refurbished. There is no microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.
