Clean room, had everything we needed for a weekend away. Staff were friendly and little self check out shop was great for when we arrived late at night and needed some food.

This is an amazing hotel. Absolutely beautiful, great bar, fantastic location (right on the canal, just around the corner from Ann Frank’s house). The staff was extremely helpful on a number of occasions and the bar staff is wonderful. The room was gorgeous - we upgraded to a room with a big tub, and it was worth it. Regarding accessibility: the hotel has an elevator, but you have to climb a short flight of stairs to get in the hotel, another short flight to get to the elevator, and then another short flight once you get out of the elevator. I think there were 20 stairs to get to our room, even with the use of the lift. This was disappointing because my wife has an injured knee, but we managed. If a guest were wheel chair-bound, this would not be an accessible hotel. It’s a beautiful, historic building from the 1600s, so they get a pass, but if you can’t do stairs, be advised.

Clean and large rooms. Free laundry facilities. Less than 5mins from metro/tram stops for a 10-15minute ride into the city centre. Loved the vibe of the place too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities provided in room were top notch.

Amazing BF. Good hotel. 30 min walk to center yet good to be a bit far from city center chaos

We were in town for a tournament near the Olympic stadium, so the location was perfect. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed with comfortable beds and nice decor. The kitchen is also fully equipped and was nice to have given our early mornings. Down sides were that they only clean the room once during a one week stay (not enough in my opinion given that it is a hotel), the fire alarm kept alarming in our room for the first 2 days and there was no concession made for our inconvenience (they came in the room unannounced several times and kept testing the very loud alarm during our stay), and the breakfast is quite expensive. Overall I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel

The rooms and property were clean and the staff were helpful. The rooms were hot (we were also there during a record heat wave), but for a 5 star hotel at the price point of this one I didn’t expect to be uncomfortable in my room irrespective of the outside conditions.

The overall experience was very good but the cost was higher than what would have been appropriate.
