on arrival in the room nothing was working ie phone safety box etc the garbage can in the bathroom was broken but the staff was very nice and helpful

All good. Carpets though doesnt have stains but tiles will be good upgrade. Breakfast dinner could be better. Lobby is not at all impessive. Otherwise had a good experience. Staff is very good.

The hotel offers good service overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was given incorrect information during check-in regarding breakfast hours. I was told that breakfast is from 06:00 to 10:30, and on Saturdays it extends until 11:30. In reality, it was only extended by about 10 minutes, not one hour as stated. We arrived at the restaurant at 10:30, expecting to still have enough time, but unfortunately that was not the case. This was disappointing and could be improved by providing accurate information to guests.

Staff was extremely helpful and attentive.

Every thing was good in this hotel, excellent services excellent staff, clean and modern. The only thing they need to improve is to update their tvs. It was difficult to watch YouTube or even cast other streaming services on to the tv.
