The staff was incredibly patient with my friends and I. They even held our bags for us after check-out so we could explore a little longer before our flight! Also, despite being so close to subway tracks, we were able to sleep very well and couldn't hear the trains at all! I would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.

Close to all amenities. Beautiful garden on 2nd floor. Connected with sister properties - so few options to eat in/around the hotel.

Overall, a pretty pleasant stay with some nice surprises, but just enough that was not great that I won't be inclined to rebook (especially for these prices). Pros: - It was lovely having a balcony to step out and get some fresh air - My bathtub had jets! plus there were complementary bath salts - Tower view was amazing - The atrium is something out of sci fi -- felt like being in a spacecraft - 2 bottles of complementary water in the room - Lawson konbini in the basement - Wonderful park just outside - When I had A/C challenges, they brought a bladeless fan, very helpful - Bluetooth speaker on desk that paired easily with my phone - Firm but comfortable bed (pretty standard in Japan, except the ANA hotels where the beds are like rock) - Great bathroom lighting - Bell desk service was very warm and helpful Cons: - Use of the pool is not included in the room rate, even the club room, and costs Y3,000 - Also, the pool is really just for working out (laps or walking), not so much for relaxing, it's not a relaxing atmosphere - At tea time in the lounge, the food platters were empty 90% of the time - The A/C struggled when it was a hot day out out, it couldn't cool below 24 C, which is too warm for sleeping, but the fan they brought helped a lot - Light switches in the room are not easy to understand; I never did figure out how to control one or two, and I never figured out how to turn on the do-not-disturb light outside my room (but I saw othr rooms with it on)

Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo has truly become our home whenever we are in Tokyo. We stay in Tokyo three to four times a year, and this is the only hotel we choose. We always stay in the Premier Grand because, for us, access to the Club Lounge is an important part of the Keio Plaza experience. We love the location in Shinjuku. It is extremely convenient, close to one of Tokyo’s major transportation hubs, with endless shopping and dining nearby, yet the hotel itself is just far enough away from the busiest part of Shinjuku that it feels comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast is another highlight. We enjoy having the choice of the buffet at Glass Court or Jurin, with a very wide variety of both Japanese and Western selections. But what truly keeps bringing us back is the people. The service throughout the hotel is excellent, but the Club Lounge staff are especially wonderful. They are consistently warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. After so many stays, seeing their familiar smiling faces feels less like returning to a hotel and more like coming back to visit friends and ʻohana. There are certainly many luxury hotels in Tokyo, including many newer ones, but hospitality is about much more than a beautiful room or impressive facilities. It is about how people make you feel. That is what makes Keio Plaza Premier Grand special to us.
