Check in time was at 4. They didn’t have any rooms ready. Then, when the room was actually ready. It’s like they didn’t sweep the floor. I guess they was rushing to get us a room. They charge a $150 deposit per day. Then on top of that. They didn’t mentioned anything about a resort fee. Which, I’m not sure what that’s for. Bc I didn’t pay a resort fee the last time I stayed at this hotel. The hotel is nice, but housekeeping need to do a better job with cleaning, and have rooms ready on time bc 4:00 the day already almost gone. The last thing I wanna do is wait any extra hour to check in.
