The room was classy and luxurious. The staff were very skilful, attentive and hospitable. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, the Nagoya Science Museum and many good restaurants.

Staff not well trained gave us wrong room charges and insisted it is our room until we saw and pointed to her wrong name number. Hotel only provided for 2 bottles of water for day. We asked for more water in room n housekeeping say each small bottle must pay extra yen160.

This hotel is located near the Nagoya Station. And there are a few convenience store and some restaurant near it. Very clean and the room is larger than Apa Hotel.

The pillow and the room smelled like a dog was there. I could find other people's hair. They use a very cheap-smelling aroma spray that gave me a headache. I had to contain my breath while being on the elevator and in the main reception hall because the smell was too bad. Those kinds of cheap aroma sprays are quite toxic.
