The room that I was given needed renovations, beds where hard, Air conditioner kept going out had to call maintenance several times, phone in room did not work.

The hotel was nice, but I was a bit underwhelmed given the price. For over $1,000 a night, I expected something a bit more special. The room felt pretty standard, with full-size beds and no standout features. The location is definitely convenient, and the staff was polite, but I couldn’t really tell what the VIP amenities included. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I was hoping for more at this price point.
