This is an amazing hotel. Absolutely beautiful, great bar, fantastic location (right on the canal, just around the corner from Ann Frank’s house). The staff was extremely helpful on a number of occasions and the bar staff is wonderful. The room was gorgeous - we upgraded to a room with a big tub, and it was worth it. Regarding accessibility: the hotel has an elevator, but you have to climb a short flight of stairs to get in the hotel, another short flight to get to the elevator, and then another short flight once you get out of the elevator. I think there were 20 stairs to get to our room, even with the use of the lift. This was disappointing because my wife has an injured knee, but we managed. If a guest were wheel chair-bound, this would not be an accessible hotel. It’s a beautiful, historic building from the 1600s, so they get a pass, but if you can’t do stairs, be advised.

Great location and a nice room. King bed was a little weird 2 twin beds pushed together with a large crack in the middle. AC worked well and internet was strong. Close trams to get to just about any where and very walkable to many things like a grocery store and restaurants. We had a great stay.

Great hotel. Close to public transportation with in 15-20 minutes.

The Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre was a great place to stay. It is within walking distance to the cruise ports, which makes it very convenient. We had a beautiful room that had a view of A'DAM Tower, Amsterdam Central Station and a lovely canal. The staff, rooms and breakfast were first class. If we were taking a cruise in Amsterdam, we would definitely stay here again!

The absolute best place to stay when visiting Amsterdam. The location is perfect for walking around the city. The food and service is top notch. The cocktails we had were the best ever. Our room was stunning. We loved this place and can't wait to come back. I have already recommended this place to our friends that travel frequently.
