A very reasonable priced NYC hotel. Superb location for all Manhattan attractions and places to eat. Friendly and hardworking staff. Great facilities in both in the rooms (spacious shower room, complimentary tea/coffee, work out equipment, complimentary laundry) and great public areas (well equipped gym, games room, breakfast area, bar etc.) couldn’t ask for more. A highly recommended hotel and I would definitely stay again.

We loved the room sizes and the hotel. I think the reception staff could be nicer as we didn’t understand the destination fee and the member of staff was getting annoyed and frustrated trying to explain it to us on check out

The room itself was not great, poorly designed, and obviously not well-maintained. The location, while convenient, was chaotic. Of course, its Times Square. But the whole hotel is covered in scaffolding and the area around it is just dumpy.
