had a pleasant stay overall. The lobby is beautiful and the staff are truly excellent. Everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful, which made a big difference. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use an update. It was clean and comfortable, but not modern. Breakfast was good and reliable, but very basic, nothing special. No complaints, just not a wow experience. Overall a solid hotel mainly because of the service and location.

Beautiful hotel and awesome staff. The room was spotless for our 3 nights. The hotel is conveniently located near the famous downtown Shinjuku. Walking distance to most things fun.
