8.4/10 Very Good! (1,813 reviews)
The property was very clean and very nice. No room in the fridge and no microwave was kind of a turn off. There was no way to stream to tv. Other than that it’s a good hotel.

8.8/10 Excellent! (3,410 reviews)
The person at check in was rude, The rooms have a nice view but a weird lingering smell. All staff seemed to be annoyed when answering questions. Didn’t feel it was worth what was paid. The room had a broken window curtain and broken outlets falling out the couch. The mini fridge didn’t even turn on or keep anything cold. There was no acknowledgment of my birthday. Just felt like I wasted almost 2K to find flaws in every part of the stay.
