The hotel itself felt more like an American hotel except, of course, for the soaking pools. The reason why is that the breakfasts and dinners were all buffet which is a bit different from kaseiki. Other than that, the all you can drink sake, wine and beer anytime was great. It says a “couple hotel”. It’s actually a love hotel. I guess if it serves as its intended purpose, it’s ok. Otherwise it’s not. Plus it’s in a remote area. If you don’t have a car, you will have to walk 15 minutes + to a nearest gas station and get gas station food there, the walk back.
