It is referring to nearby nightclubs which play deep bass music until 4am every night. Although this is no fault of the hotel it would be a helpful addition to soundproof the cabins as we could also hear other cabins’ televisions, conversations, and ring tones, which leaves your stay feeling not very relaxed.
