The room was clean.
My problem is the hotel seems to be losing the charm it once had since it has been taken over by Hilton.
This was my 3rd stay at the property and unfortunately my least favorite. I hope they can restore the charm as well as remodel and update some of the hotel.

Very poor customer service. The free airport shuttle offered per website was unreachable by phone per instructions and number given and I had to take a car service to get to hotel instead..the matter was not handled well by the front desk staff.

Great value! Nothing fancy, but very clean, nice furnishings and comfortable. For being an old style motel that's been renovated, it was done well. The AC units are in the wall and run kind of loud, but it's fine. Since that age of a building doesn't have central air, I'll take a loud AC unit over no AC any day. Very slick virtual check in also. Quick and easy! I'd stay there again for sure!

TINY room. No place for suitcases. No place for toiletries in bathroom. View was of peeling paint of building about 10 feet away. Pillows smelled bad. Mattress like a board.
