Jasmine, was AWESOME and provided such incredible customer service for our family including our infant son! She was able to get the room setup for us and took care of all of our needs. Air conditioning is the most important part of our stay in a hot humid place and the A/C kept the room nice and cold for sleeping. The room felt brand new including the down comforters. It is also in the heart of the city with easy access to the subway and a lot of hot tourist spots. 100% would recommend for families and business travelers. Team McCoy

Been to Taiwan many times & it’s my 1st time staying at this hotel. The hotel looks nice & comfy. Rooms are very clean. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Their hotel breakfast also look good. They’ve smoking room in their hotel which is at level 3. Location is good too, opposite is XiMenDing can shop & eat. Beside this hotel building there’s 7 eleven too. I will stay this hotel again on my next visit.
