Perfect location for visiting Universal Studios. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, and the foot massage machine in the room was very practical and a great way to relax after a long day of walking around Universal Studios.

New hotel with wonderful staff in a great location. Having mini kitchen and washer/dryer in the room was a plus. Would stay again!

Rooms were large and spacious. Some staff was friendly. Most of the hotel is outdated. Rooms are clean but very old and need major updates. Gym is old and staff is not that friendly. Pool is an additional fee and if you want a chair on the pool deck that’s even more. I spent 8000 yen for one day at the pool! Check in staff turned us away because we arrived 10 minutes early. Location is nice and central to trains and some decent spots within walking distance. Restaurants in hotel were overpriced especially for the quality of food offered. Got the feeling they weren’t to happy to have non Japanese speaking tourists around.

Beautiful and new hotel with elegant touches everywhere. Upgraded our room to a junior suite. Tons of wonderful restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely come back.

Very clean and professional looking place. Rooms were comfortable but a bit smaller than I thought, not a whole lot of space for luggage but everything else was sound and they provided extra things like toothbrushes which was really nice

Pros:This was located in a great area. The highlights were the size of the room. I like how the toilet and shower were in separate spaces and there was lots of room to get ready. Easy to get to the station and lots of things around us. Enjoyed the room amenities. Shampoo, lotion, face wash, toothbrush/paste. The fridge and freezer were a good size. Cons: smells like smoke in the whole building, the breakfast is not great tasting, the elevators are extremely hot (in July), no luggage forwarding ( that’s my own fault for not researching enough when booking) luggage forwarding is a game changer. The bed was very uncomfortable. A small detail, but inconvenient was that we had to order ice to the room instead of having the ability to get it when needed. This place is definitely dated and could use a refresh.

This hotel is the best one we stayed at on our two week trip through Japan. Super clean, awesome staff, and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal! All the other hotels seemed drab after this one.
