8/10 Very Good! (552 reviews)
The lady's at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The bed was soft. Slept well. When walking into room it had a stale odor of tobacco and the A/C took a very long time to cool the room. A red warning came on the unit so I called the front desk. They had maintenance there within a minute. They also offered to send someone up to spray fragrances to freshen up the room. The A/C was temperarrily fixed. He said to not program under 21c. Red light came back on. Temperature never came down to anywhere near 21Cc. WiFi worked most of the time. TV had lots of war channels both movies and news. Couldn't find any comedy. This was supposed to be a superior deluxe double room. Shower was unpredictability going from hot to cold. No steady temperature. Restaurant had a really good budget European style breakfast. No Buffet. Got my deposit back even though the room still stank of old smoke.

I left my iPhone in a the cab that they arranged for me to go to the airport. I quickly went to the police station at the airport and they contacted the hotel who in-turn contacted the taxi driver. My iPhone was back in my possession in 30 minutes.
Wonderful service!

"Ok for a few nights if on a budget but the property needs some maintenance. Aircon splits are old and noisy. Staff is just polite but doesn’t seem really motivated."
