8.8/10 Excellent! (1,006 reviews)
Very welcoming staff, plenty of info and advice for things to do. Room clean and tidy and as expected based on images. Small shop in the hotel is handy.
I'll also shout out the restaurant evening meal. We rarely eat in the hotel on holiday as want to get out and experience other places - however on one night we had to due to timings and the kids. Honestly the food was fantastic so don't feel like you are sacrificing if you have to do the same!

9.6/10 Exceptional! (899 reviews)
This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The location (if you are looking to stay in West Berlin) is great and I can’t imagine friendlier staff: from the team at the front desk to the most amazing concierge to the housekeeping personnel. I traveled for work and had the most wonderful stay in an amazing place!
