"Tv didn't work. Wasn't even plugged in behind tv. Took over an hour and 3 separate visits to fix. Wanted to eat but black bar maid stood over me tapping her fingers while I read the menu. Got so frustrated I left and went to Burger King. AC was good."

"The location is great! Rooms are clean and refurbished. The king beds are amazing. The tram is across the street with frequent trams into the city in 15 min. They sell return tickets at reception also. Lots of parking on site. Staff also very helpful and friendly."
