This hotel is perfectly located in a quiet place near okachimachi and ueno stations. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite large by tokio standards
Only one caveat: bed pillows are terrible, small and hard. Not up to the hotel level.

Everything is great. Perhaps one minor point is that it is a tad far from the main Shinjuku station. But that also makes it more peaceful amidst the madness ard the station.

It is a very nice stay except the front desk clerk was not helpful with his limited English. Otherwise, Marriot Associa is at great location, well-maintained, known to be a high -end hotel in Nagoya Japan.
The sauna is also a great place to visit. However, I would like to know Marriot charge extra for entry per person per day.
I would rate this hotel 5 stars on every aspect.

The hotel is extremely well situated, close to two metro stops as well as numerous restaurants and shopping. It’s is also very close to Ueno Park and the Sensoji Shrine. The room was clean and perfect for a few nights in Tokyo. The breakfast option was convenient and tasty. The staff were extremely polite and helpful when ordering a taxi for the airport.
