"3 hours delay for check in, no any facility such as fridge, tv, dryer, drinking water etc in the room. Staff never gave me permission to use fridge and washing machine in lobby for using so rude and awful. I booked and paid for 3 nights but I stayed just for two nights because was so scary and nightmare. ..."
