Valet was great to have. front desk was lovely staff. rooms were older with torn carpet. breakfast took almost 2 hours and we were the only guests inside.

Disappointing Service – Basic Requests Shouldn’t Take Three Attempts We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Airport for two nights, paying approximately $200 per night, and unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Our bathtub-shower combination had no shower curtain, and we did not have enough towels for our party of four. We requested both items in the morning, spent the day outside, and returned approximately eight hours later to find that neither request had been fulfilled. I followed up in person at the front desk, left again, and returned three hours later to find that nothing had been done. After a third attempt, the shower curtain was finally delivered, but only two large towels were provided. I also had to approach housekeeping directly for towels. Throughout this experience, not a single apology was offered. I don’t expect luxury treatment, but I do expect basic amenities, reasonable service, and follow-through, particularly at this price point. What should have been two simple housekeeping requests became an unnecessary inconvenience during our stay. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this property.
