The staff are kind and accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay at Mercure and a few shout outs to Kei, Suraj and Mark, who made our time away from home, feel like home.

Impeccable service from amazing staff including Christine, James and Joshua. The hotel is exactly as you would expect from a beachside accommodation: close to the water with free bicycle usage, nice open air amenities and gorgeous rooftop pool, and free laundry is a huge bonus!

The hotel was easy to get by limousine bus and nice hotel lobby area. Hotel staff was very helpful and free umbrellas when rainy outside. Good hotel.
