The complete process of paying a bond to stay is so outdated in modern times. Surely a single dollar hold transaction can be used like other places do, this means money is not tied up when the bond is cleared. It took 30mins to check out by which time I'd missed my Uber, got penalised and had to rebook another and the time difference made it darer. Great location place but it needs a serious overview of it's processes to make it more user friendly and convenient.

Sky City is always a great, central place to stay. You’re in the heart of the action but have your own bolthole. My only disappointment is the lack of a view from my room.

Easy access, valet parking worked for us, room with a view very comfortable with good facilities. Staff service in restaurant and bar average. Breakfast very average. Staff communication around paying and using credit card needs a lot of work

We love staying at the grand millennium and this is our 4th visit now.
The staff are so friendly, the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable.
The pool is excellent and great for the children.
The one drawback was having to park at the civic this time round as the hotel car park was full so it did cost us more that we initially planned for but that’s a small drawback.
Next time we come up we’re going to try the breakfast as it’s usually out of our budget but it looks so good in the restaurant in the morning.
