Phuket Province Kid friendly Vacations

The room was spacious, there was a single and a queen size bed ( the big bed had a bit of a dip in it where most people would recline to watch tv (me too), so for sleeping I moved to the middle of the bed - that was my only quibble sitting the week I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who made up my room (even though I'm not a tipper I did this time). Charm Resort is a great location- over the road from the beach and a short walk to shops and eating places. If you need a bike (scooter) to get around the island on you could try MrJack who is such a nice bloke and his missus makes a great coffee contact them on +66890443035

It was my son's birthday during our stay, and the staff decorated our room and gave him a card and cake. Everyone was wonderful and it is such a beautiful resort.

Friendly and nice staff, room was as good as expected from pictures and reviews, and the bed was very comfortable.

The slate is one of the best resorts in all of Phuket. We have been to many different places here and the Slate has it all. From Black Ginger to the cooking classes this place is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful resort with every amenity you could ask for! With this beauty and service comes a price tag that is expensive for Thailand standards but still somewhat affordable. The breakfast is a delight and the service is perfect from check in to servers and working staff everyone is top notch. Great place for families and couples alike.

Every thing was great ,the staff were great they couldn’t do enough for us they looked ,after every thing for us ,so helpful The food was fab the room was beautful the swimming pool was fab we give it 5 star all the way. The hotel is definitely a 5 star resort. The grounds are very tropical with fish in several ponds and birds chirping. The restaurants by the ocean are great, and the food was very good as well. Had salmon and shrimp tostada on two occasions. The room with the balcony and hot tub was nice. Great view from the room. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym is very good, and the spa is very tranquil with skilled massage therapists. Security is tight with guards checking all incoming vehicles. The only 2 drawbacks was my room was further towards the back of the property and you could hear road noise from time to time. Also, there are no chairs directly on the beach for this hotel. You either had to sit by the pool chairs that have chairs facing the beach or you have to walk down about a quarter mile to rent a chair for 100 bhat which was fine. Lastly some of the beach had some plastic bottles and such on and off the paths, and the flags were always up and red which prevented swimming. I took a cab further down to kata, and Karon beach further down to swim. All in all a great stay about 10 minutes by cab down to Bangla if you wanted the night life and about an hour to the airport.

good location and food for breakfast was decent. The food was never hot, but just slightly warm. Pastries were good though and coffee was excellent. Wish there were more fruits and juices specific to Thailand. Rooms were good, but more modern updates could help.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet and relaxed - great for young kids. The staff were awesome & very friendly. The resort has a great atmosphere with beautiful surroundings. Really enjoyed the rooftop pool for relaxing after a busy day.
