Southern Great Plain Kid friendly Vacations

I had a truly wonderful stay at Eurostars Palazzo Zichy Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—especially the front desk team. During my recent visit, I unfortunately left behind a very essential medical device (my CPAP machine). The staff went above and beyond to locate it quickly and arrange timely shipping back to me. I am deeply grateful and would like to extend special kudos to everyone involved in assisting me—your kindness and efficiency meant so much. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a great selection and equally warm, attentive service. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—centrally located with easy access to metro and bus transportation. It’s also surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cafés, and a beautiful church, which made exploring the area very convenient and enjoyable. As for areas of improvement, I honestly have none to suggest. Everything about my stay was exceptional. Thank you again for such outstanding service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

Staff were lovely. Glass doors to bathroom with mirror door frames that reflect the toilet are unfortunate. Great location.

Had 3 nights in a deluxe room with a private balcony. The property is perfectly placed for getting about the city with a nice vibe in the area

Beautiful room. Very large space and modern. Heated towel rack and fridge did not work on our room but we were only staying one night so just informed them at check out. Great location in a quiet area but walkable. Had a late dinner at hotel and it was good. Sauna and pool area is a nice option after a long day of exploring. Would be nice if this area was open until 10 for that very reason.

Friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, wonderful location. Loved live music- cheese and wine hour. Missed breakfast due to early flight/ they offered a boxed breakfast. Awesome hotel!
