"Arrivato alle 18.00 ed era tutto chiuso, ho chiesto alla cameriera del ristorante e ho scoperto che la camera non era ancora pronta, nessuno parla inglese. La camera era pulita e ordinata, peccato che la colazione fosse dalle 9 in poi.. ho chiesto di anticipare alle 8.30 ma evidentemente i problemi ..."

"Outdated decor. Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean. Breakfast basic. No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German. Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. For some reason there was no rubbish ..."
