Gulf Coast Kid friendly Vacations

We were assigned a room that smelled horribly of mildew. The staff and team worked immediately to rectify the situation which ended up with them giving us a new room. We were very pleased with the new room and the outcome of how they handled everything. The service was prompt, the staff members were ALL friendly, the main pool was fun and large, and we had an overall wonderful stay minus the room hiccup. I know they have some buildings that are renovated, but ours (building 10) was not so while it was clean the wear was beginning to show. Expedia did not include information about the kitchenette, so we assumed we were booking a room with a regular kitchen but it was a half-sized full refrigerator/freezer and a two burner stove (no oven) so be mindful of that when you book here in case you need to plan more cooking.

Parking gates didn’t work, ridiculous service charges.

We really enjoy this resort but found the room needing a better cleaning and dishwasher was broken our full stay.

I loved the property I did wish the kitchen had a larger trash can and also the Villa at night got hot in the master bedroom, beyond that the stay was awesome and we love the property!
