Wonderful staff (Naren) who looked after us well after a long journey to singapore. Upgraded room was even amazing.

room was clean. ordering food was a breeze. amazing staff.

We booked the executive suite rooms thinking it was going to be heaps better than a normal room. It was old and the shower head wouldn't move so it made it a pain to shower. And windows really dirty ( smudged ) all over it. And the lifts also were inconvenient as 2 lifts were down for maintenance and was big wanting times as they were always full so would have to wait for the same lift to take people to their floors and come back to pick us up

We booked the Premier Family Room and it was exactly as shown on the listing. It was soo comforting, clean, convenient, and just relaxing to be in the room. Especially after a long day out of exploring in Singapore. Hotel lobby was beautiful, staffs were friendly and we were lucky enough to have been able to check in early as well so we managed to get some nice rest in before we headed out. Highly recommended to book the family premier family room!

It's right in the center of Singapore. Less than 5 minutes to the nearest MRT station.

The guest service was disappointing. We booked a suite specifically to use the washer, dryer, and other room amenities, as we were traveling with a toddler. Unfortunately, the washer and dryer were not working properly. The service staff took a long time to address the issue, which forced us to stay awake late into the night. We then had to wake up at 2:00 AM to collect our clothes after they were supposedly dried. When we received them, I noticed that nearly half of the clothes were still damp and not properly dried. Overall, this caused significant inconvenience and affected our stay.
