Highly recommend for family with baby. Spacious room. Sea view with balcony . Could view star at night . The small kitchen is what you need for a baby ! Could do simple cooking and reheat food .

Very spacious room, helpful staff (we met Michael and the French chef at the breakfast restaurant, they are really helpful and cheerful), wonderful view Except one of the staff at the reception assumed asian (myself) should speak Mandarin, cos he only knows Japanese and Mandarin, but very little English. My husband is from England and the staff insisted to speak to me in Mandarin. I guess as a paid customer we will have to do what's convenient for the staff not the other way round right? I hold a hk passport doesn't mean I HAVE to speak Mandarin or know this language. Never Assume, we speak Cantonese in HK.

I recently stayed at Halekulani Okinawa for my birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious with a terrace and ocean view, and I was able to fully relax and enjoy their pools and the peaceful resort atmosphere. The food and beverage program was exceptional. I enjoyed a wonderful kaiseki dinner at Aomi, creative cocktails at Sunset Bar Spectra, and at House Without A Key the green salad with Okinawan sea grapes and the Halekulani Okinawa original soufflé pancakes were both outstanding. Above all, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff left a deep impression on me. I especially moved by the handwritten note from a bartender I had the chance to speak with at Sunset Bar Spectra. This was my first visit to Okinawa, and it became not only an unforgettable first Okinawa experience but also the most enjoyable birthday I have ever had. I will gladly recommend Halekulani Okinawa to my friends and family, and I very much look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Okinawa!

Loveeeeeeeeeeeee this hotel & resort! From the moment you arrive, you feel like you’ve landed into paradise. Every detail, every accent, the amazing staff, the epic view of Nashiro Beach, my goodness! We literally fell in love and because of this, we cancelled several of our outings simply to enjoy the resort. The private beach and pools are even more beautiful than the pictures and the breakfast buffet is TOP TIER! All the rooms face the ocean so no one is without the breathtaking view and each room comes with a balcony to enjoy the view and sound of the ocean! My husband and I are beating ourselves up for not extending our time here. The highlight for our trip to Okinawa is absolutely this hotel! For Americans, the beds are twin size but they are super comfortable! 100/10! Logistics Parking is available on the property for low fee of 1500 yen/daily, super convenient Free airport shuttle is available but we didn’t use it Attractions This resort is located in the south of the island so the famous aquarium is about 1hr45-2hrs from here Okinawa World is 20-25 mins from the resort (caves) Shopping Awesome ASHIBINAA Outlet Mall is about 15 mins from the resort **lunch buffet is 5000yen per person but worth every cent! The food was delicious and the assortment was vast!

Amazing and convenient as we wanted to get to the ferry to get to Tokashiki Island! We were able to walk everywhere ( ex . beaches, food, etc) which is exactly what we wanted!

The staff were friendly and always available. the amenities were well maintained and were useful for my stay. The airport shuttle was helpful to and from the hotel and having a daily shuttle that takes you into the shopping district was amazing. They had free drinks available from 1pm to 5pm, it would be nice if water was free all day and not just those 4 hours a day. Other than that I was happy with everything.
