After checking in, we found that the room was extremely dirty and outdated. There were noticeable stains on both the carpet and the sofa, and the kitchen sink was rusted. The overall condition of the room was far below our expectations. We spoke with the hotel manager, who acknowledged the issue and told us that we could cancel our stay and leave without any charges. Based on that assurance, we checked out immediately. However, I still see a charge on my credit card. This was the first time I have had such a disappointing experience when booking through Expedia. I would appreciate Expedia assistance in ensuring that this charge is removed or refunded as promised.

Hotel is in a very good location. Safe, very clean, staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast buffets are great! Many varieties to choose. We had wonderful stay for 2 nights

The staff went above and beyond to help with any issues I had. I even wanted to buy one of their pillows, they made it happen. The only downside was that you had to either call a taxi or ask for help calling a taxi, but there’s a concierge desk right by the front door that can help make that happen.
