Booked and paid for a high floor room and a king bed to get a good view and our view was a concrete wall. Asked them to please change the room at check in, even to a lower floor and they said they were sold out even though when I went online they had plenty of rooms still. The valet was not knowledgeable and accused us of needing to pay at reception before taking the car out for the day - when I corrected them, they then apologized for the error. The room had 2 chocolates and some nuts next to the coffee which appeared complimentary and did not display pricing - they charged 51$ upon checkout for 2 pieces of chocolate and some nuts and wouldn’t even offer a refund or discount for the lack of signage. Terrible customer service and not friendly staff either.
