Kyushu Luxury Vacations

We had a small issue in the room, but Masahito Yoshitake-san assisted us and followed up our case until it was resolved. It only took a few days and was a minor issue. But we felt like we were given a lot of attention for it and deeply appreciate the fix and follow up. We were checked into the hotel for 1 week and had access to the lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks. The Club breakfast was mostly the same, rotating only a few things. But I did have their freshly made egg dishes, and they had options, so I tried them all in my stay. Summer days/nights are hot outside but the lobby has welcome drinks, infused water and it is refreshing. The hotel premises is clean and I love how it is non smoking already so it's nice to bring my family. Outside there's a convenience store and Sukiya for those night cravings. In the morning, nearby coffee shops and my favorite BookOff for some vintage items. Located about a 5 minute walk to Hakata station, so it's close and not that busy. There's also a bus stop a 2 minute walk from the hotel to take you to the Tenjin area. I prefer the bus than the train after a long day of walking.

Everything was great and the hotel was easy to find. The underground connection to the Hakata station was helpful although hard to find from the station itself. The hotel was clean and beautiful and staff just wonderful. Loved our time here!

Excellent staff service and hospitality but the rooms themselves are quite outdated

Location is very convenient next to or inside the shopping mall. Staff were friendly and housekeeping was very thorough and clean. breakd=fast was excellent
