Vancouver (YVR) to Los Angeles (LAX)
9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
Check in an 75-80 min after check in while watching everyone else get their room. Got to the room without a working TV and a broken toilet while the technician was still in the room. Encountered eye rolls and heavy sighs from front desk staff when asked to swap to another room. (They did swap my room) to another room without a functioning tv. Normally I would car much but this was a 5 night stay. Their gym “deal” is $25 day pass at a gym down the block. Other hoxtons are much better like the ones in Chicago and London. Wasn’t offered any voucher, credit or comps for the late check in and poor quality rooms and service. Breakfast was good.
