Super clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We loved the room’s setup with a shower towel warmer, comfortable bed, and a spacious shower. The location is very convenient near many of the architectural sites, restaurants, and shopping. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is dated but very clean. Breakfast was every day with lots of choices of food. Location is fantastic.

The room was clean. We appreciated the complimentary water daily. Also, we liked that our shower had a door. Unlike our travel companions, their showers didn't have a door and was uncomfortable for them. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It had a good selection. The highlight for us was the fois gras. We also appreciated the massage service available upon request. The massage for two people in the room received was excellent.

When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with a great attention to detail. It was one of my favorite stays of all times. The beautiful art work, the furnishings, the interior design - everything is meticulously taken care of and spotless clean. It is situated right in the middle of all the action, close to the main attractions, city square, museums, transportation, restaurants, and shopping. My only disappointment was that they had no hot tub, although they had sauna and a gym. However, we were so busy exploring, we probably wouldn’t have had the time for it anyway. The buffet breakfast looked scrumptious, but it was too much food for us, so we skipped it. There is no shortage of food around the hotel area.
