The room was clean and neat. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to shopping, restaurants and eating areas, ferries and train.

We celebrated a friend’s 40th and the hotel surprised us with a fruit platter and chocolate happy birthday plaque. The extra rollaway bed was actually an actual single bed and very comfy! Would definitely stay again.

The staff were helpful and nice. The place was clean. However, in the room I was given, whenever you change the room temperature, the air-conditioning duct would make banging/tapping sounds which keep you up at night. The bed, tightly made with extra large sheets (not an issue) had most of the sheet on one side of the bed and hardly any on the other side of the bed. I woke up one night lying on the bed itself and not the sheet and had to remake the bed so that the sheet could be tucked in properly. Having a room next to the staff lift meant you'd wake up to staff talking loudly outside your door. On the last day there was a lot of drilling and banging coming from the hallway. Overall it was a decent stay but not great. It's a decent hotel in a convenient location.

Check in quick, staff very nice & friendly, spa great with lovely pool & gym, sauna. There was parking but didn’t use it. Close to cbd & Circular Quay. Apartment 2704 newly refurbished 2 bedroom with very large rooms with huge large kitchen & large lounge room with dining table with very large balcony but not able to use as still doing upgrades on balconies.

Excellent Sydney Stay The Langham delivered a fantastic experience from start to finish. The large pool was a standout feature and clearly popular with guests. Staff were genuinely friendly and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The hotel bar has a stylish, contemporary feel and is well worth a visit. Our room was thoughtfully designed, combining luxury with practicality and comfort. The three-course dining package offered exceptional value, with high-quality food that exceeded expectations. Location is another major advantage, with easy access to Walsh Bay, The Rocks, and King Street Wharf, making it an ideal base for exploring Sydney. Overall, The Langham combines outstanding service, great facilities, excellent dining value, and a superb central location. Highly recommended from our family
