We loved our room location and appreciated the front desk staff upon checkin.
The snack store staff were courteous and generous with information.
We did not get to enjoy the bar or breakfast due to time constraints but we like the vibe and ambience of the property.
The only thing I did not appreciate was being told to call in 30 minutes prior to arrival to see if we can check in early and being placed on hold for almost 28 minutes. I hung up just as we were pulling up in the valet. Crossing my fingers that we can checkin early, the front desk apologized for the long wait time on the phone but quickly and efficiently got us all checked in and bell service brought our bags up to our room very quickly. Other than that minor fiasco, our stay was great and we’d stay there again.
