Biggest difficulty was that we had requested one of the rooms for three adults and they were unable to provide a bed for the third adult so we had to book a third room. Staff were helpful and the parking was quite convenient. Location was nice and I wish we had more time to explore this pretty little town. Had a nice walk to dinner and back. Air conditioning was a bit underpowered."

"Great location within easy walking distance to a wide choice of restaurants. Parking is available in a public car park just down the street and it was free between 6pm and 9am. The room was nice with a fridge but no kettle or tea making facilities. My room was not service for the 3 days I was there, not sure if this is normal ? There is no lift and I was on the 2nd floor and had a large case to carry !!"

We were traveling with a toddler in code red heat wave 105 degrees (41 degree Celsius) the staff could care less we asked to cancel our stay and move to another hotel way out of our way they refused and even completely ignored us. Horrible customer service and can care less about their guests."
"I only stayed for 1 night at Hotel Stickhorn. The room was spacious and very clean, including the bathroom. I also had breakfast, and could choose many tasty and healthy options from the buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful."
